Kickboxing is one of the most popular martial arts. Our classes give both a great aerobic and anaerobic workout and will also develop speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination.

Fitness Martial Arts

Fitness Martial Arts is a non-contact aerobic work out that teaches you practical techniques of self-defence, in a high-energy fun class that's never boring like other workouts.

This class was created for those that don't have time to be able to commit to martial arts but would like to keep fit in a fun way and learn some basic self defence.

The class varies each week, keeping it fresh and interesting, it incorporates an aerobic style warm-up with kicks and punches on the spot, circuit style exercises and pad work.

Classes - Monday 7.00pm - 8.00pm at Warmley Community Centre, just wear casual gear (t-shirt and jogging bottoms and trainers)
