I will ask you to complete a food diary to assess what you are putting into your body! Nutrition can make a big difference to your energy, looks and wellbeing with only small changes.

One example of nutrition not fully understood by many people is FAT. Certain types of fat are actually very beneficial to you and need to be consumed. Very low fat diets can lead to deficiencies in many nutrients and lead to health problems.

But balance is key and this is one of the areas of nutrition I can help you to understand.
